Processing Time

All Australia orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day from our Australian warehouse.

Delivery Time & Carrier

We ship to Sydney and across Australia via Australia Post Express and StarTrack. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 1–3 business days.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping to Australia: $14.95 express
• FREE shipping once your order passes $150
• All rates and product prices are shown in AUD when Australia is selected in the country switcher.

Duties, Taxes & Import Rules

There are no import duties on domestic Australian orders — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

You must be 18 or over to purchase, and a signature is required on delivery.

Discreet Packaging

Every Australia parcel ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no external product markings, so nobody but you knows what is inside.

Order Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse we email a tracking number that follows it all the way to your door in Sydney.

Lost, Delayed or Undelivered Parcels

If tracking has not moved for 7 business days beyond the 1–3 business days estimate, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and re-ship or refund once it is resolved.
