How long one device really lasts
Puff counts are laboratory figures taken with a machine, so treat them as a ceiling rather than a promise. In practice, an average user taking roughly 300 to 400 puffs a day gets around two to three weeks from an 8,000-puff device.
Heavier use, long deep draws and chain vaping all shorten that. Short, gentle puffs with a pause between them stretch it considerably and taste better too.
Charging it properly
Use a normal phone-grade USB-C cable and a low-output wall plug or laptop port. Fast chargers designed for phones push more current than a small disposable battery wants, and heat is the enemy of both battery and coil.
Charge before the device gets weak rather than after. Running a coil on a flat battery is the single most common cause of a burnt taste.
Choosing a flavour
If you are coming off cigarettes, mint and menthol profiles feel closest to what you are used to. If you want something you will not tire of, a single fruit such as blueberry or mango is easier to live with day after day than a heavy dessert blend.
